Hey hows everyone doin? I recently purchased a 93 xj6 vanden plas for a pretty low price and now i'm going to attempt restoring it as much as I can. It's in amazing shape, not one tear in the leather, only some swirling in the paint, 100,000 miles, and really awesome to drive. I'm really stoked about the car, so much cool stuff for it's time.

There's a few things I'm going to probably wind up needin some tips to help me get along my path of restoration which is why I joined the forum. I like workin on cars but I don't have a lot of experience so when my car has a problem like the a/c is only blowing when HI is selected I don't have a clue what to do. Hopefully I'll find some great knowledge here.

Follow Norri's link in post #2 to the XJ40 forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
