Well I am the new owner of a 2004 S-type 4.2, bought it in Kansas for a good price after searching for a long time for one that fit my price range. It's got 115K miles on it, so far I'm loving it, even with its problems. Maybe some of you can give me some advice.

My issues are as follows:

1) AC is having a weird issue where it blows colder on the driver side but a bit warmer on the passenger side, AC also gets warm at idle (guessing the compressor is going out on me, already tried recharging it with no fix)
2) Shocks are in serious need of replacing as they rumble at the slightest bump. (already purchased new ones just need to install them)
3) Possible heater core leak as the windshield fogged up on me with the sunroof open. (depends on the outside temperature)
4) Backup sensors do not appear to work, not sure if they can be fixed easily or for cheap.
5) Transmission shifts really hard from 1st to second gear when sport mode is turned off.
