New Owner XJ8
Hello Gang;
Having previously owned a pair of X-Types...(New '03 that ex wife kept in the divorce ten years ago; and the used '04 I bought roughly two weeks later when I arrived in Vegas)
I drove the holy hell out of that X-type for nine yrs and then my younger stepson took it and banged it up. It still sits beside my home awaiting salvation or damnation (I haven't yet decided its fate).
Been driving my Mustang and hating it more every single day, and decided I was getting the big cat I have always wanted.
Picked up an '04 XJ8 w/ 75,600 on the odo for almost a song. Did the usual, fluid changes, new shoes, found a workable Bluetooth system and all is right with the world.

So many people drive their Jags like they're made of glass, it's good to know there are some who realize Jaguars need to be DRIVEN! Well cared for, but DRIVEN!

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
