Hi Jaglovers!
My name is Mats and I live in South Sweden.
I have been interested of British cars since I got my driving license 1982.
My first car was a Little MG1300 followed by several Mg:s Austin Cooper, Rover 2000TC and finally a Rover 105R.
I had just finished a thorough restoration of the 105R when the garage/barn got destroyed in a fire.
Then I lost the strength to begin with a new car again.
But this summer I bought a Jaguar XJ6 1972 of an old friend.
The car was rustfree ad had a new paintjob done, the engine was renovated.
The work left was the interior and a electricalsystem with big problems.
So this summer I restored the headlining, AED, Distributor, Seats, Driversdoor windowmechanism etc. etc.
Today I regret that I didn't have the temper to wait for a better car.
But I feel that this will be a Fine car in the future

I can see you've already found the tech section so no need for a link from me. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for info on regular issues.
Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
