Default New from Texas

Hello,
I am currently maintaining my brothers 1993 XJ6 Sedan Range.
We are both new to Jaguar. I am a electronics technician with an interest in all cars.

Presently this Jag will not crank. After trouble shooting the problem I have come to the conclusion that the ignition relay is at fault. The schematics shows where the ignition relay is located but, I cannot physically locate it on the vehicle. From looking at the pictorial diagram of the location of the relay it shows to be behind the radio (about mid console), could this be?

Please help if you have experience with this model vehicle.

Thanks in advance.
