Hello all, while I am not brand new I would like to introduce myself here as I have done on the x-type forum. My name is Charles and I just bought my first Jaguar. It is a 2002 Phoenix Red (thanks again FJT!) over Charcoal X-type Sport 3.0L with a 5spd. I have enjoyed my new cat although the rattling defroster vent needs some attention and the propshaft whine is annoying when real cold out...-9F w/ windchills of -35F is morning. I love the power sport seats, interior controld, brawny 3.0L torque and power, and AWD is a huge plus! Not to forget the looks are dead sexy!

I came from7 years of Porsche ownership first starting with a 1984 944 I bought when I was 19. I know own another 944; a Callaway Turbo(only one left after the 84' was sold) you can see in my sig. Also had a short stint with a 1989 944S2 w/ a 3.0L I-4 DOHC. Quite a car! If you guys are ever interested check out Rennlist.com forums for Porsches. Wealth of info and overall great community.

With that I have been pleasently surprised by the warm welcome and exceptional helpI have had here on Jaguar forums and I am defintely glad to be a part of this online community!!

Well thank you, I had a 944 turbo those are awesome, my cousin owns two, one of them he made the front and rear fenders even wider... looks sick... anyways welcome
