Hello, all

I'm Dustin, a sports reporter from Wisconsin who recently bought a used '04 X-Type 2.5 with a 5-speed. To be honest, I wasn't in the market for a new car (my '00 Nissan Sentra GXE was running just fine), but I came across an autotrader.com ad for a beautiful "Baby Jag" in British Racing Green with 46k miles and a manual transmission.

From the moment I set off, I was sold. I realize they aren't the most practical vehicle to own, but they must be some of the best because there are times when I just look out my window and admire the beautiful lines of this fantastic machine.

I'm here to share that enthusiasm with the rest of you and also to hopefully save some change (and frustration) when it inevitably comes time to fix my Jag.

Glad that you found your way here with your Jag and an X type to boot.
Lovin the X type....had a 2.5 Sport myself and loved the AWD......Awesome as you 'll find out I'm sure.
