New XJR owner - Seattle Wa
Hey everyone -
My name is Charlie (CXK-in_PNW... Pacific NorthWest)
I just (last night) purchased a 2004 XJR on Ebay. It has 74k miles and I paid $15,500. I know - the miles are a bit high and so might be my purchase price, but I have faith in this forum (also Jag-lovers) to walk me through ownership issues if needed. I have been looking for a 2004+ for months and there is NOTHING local for sale. I feel pretty good about this purchase.
I have owned Jags in the past - had a couple XJ-40's in the late 90's. Ever since then, I have missed the feeling of a Jag. I think I will get that feeling back - and then some - with this new purchase.
What I would like from the community is any issues I should look at right away with my car. I will do a search of the forum, just wanted to hear if there was anything I should be told - besides "congratulations".

If you haven't already found your own way, follow this link XJ ( X350 & X358 ) XJ6 / XJ8 / XJR - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the X350 section for help, advice, information and to post tech questions. The 'HOW TO' at the top of the threads there is a good place to start.
Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User ID button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
