New XJS V12 Owner
Hello all, I am an oldtimer lover and actually an oldtimer myself.
After my beautiful 2000 Vandenplas was rare-ended by an ugly old Ford truck, I got some insurance money and found a 39000 mile XJS V12 year 1988 in what looked like a splended condition as an abandondoned car in a storage for $3000.
Unfortunately, $9000 further, the XJS V12 still is not running and I cant find a garage nearby where I live in the WV panhandle to work on this car with knowledge.
The XJS V12 looks beautiful and in the end I hope to get it going. Any suggestions as to where I can have it serviced?

Welcome to the forums Daan,
I didn't realise I was so dangerously close to becoming an old timer! (seven months younger than you)
Follow this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/xjs-x27-32/ to the XJS forum for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top is a good place to start for information on regular issues. You can also use the US Mid Atlantic Region forum by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/us-mid-atlantic-65/ to find other members in your region.
Please read the guidance for new members ( https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/n...ned-up-241802/ ) which answers many of the most frequent questions about getting started.
Enjoy the forums.
Graham
