New XK8 owner
Hey folks,
my father has owned a 2003 XK8 since 2011. He recently retired and decided to give himself a retirement present and upgraded to a 2006 XK8, so I bought his 2003. (Both pictured in my avatar) Beautiful car and I couldn’t be happier. The vehicle will be located in upstate New York, so I will be garaging it for the winter. If anyone has any tips on winter storage or car covers I’d love to hear your thoughts. I’m definitely in the market for an indoor/outdoor waterproof car cover.
Additionally, I’m having an issue with the rims, (three of them are bent) but I’ll post a specific thread in the XK8 forum for that.

I too am a new Jaguar XK8 owner. Mine is a black 2005 convertible that I purchased on August 28, 2019.
Is your 2003 Jaguar XK8 a 4.0 litre or 4.2 litre?

Very good, you may or you may not know that the 4.2 litre engine is much better than the 4.0 litre engine.
What are the exterior and interior colors of your XK8? How many miles does it have?
My 2005 XK8 is black/black/black and has a little over 71,000 miles

Mine is silver exterior and beige interior. 78K on it so far.
