Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.

Which model do you have? Both the X-Type and S-Type have 3.0 ltr engine options.

Nice to meet you GGG , Its an 05 S type and has a 3.0 liter. I checked it and it says its a misfire on coil 3, replaced spark plugs and coil. Just that one. It runs okay if I rev up the rpm to 1700 for a few minutes and no codes come up. It runs fine, but after cool down it shows misfire on coil 3 again and restricted performance shows and engine light flashes. So i rev it up again. Don't know what to do. Please if you have any advice I would surely love it.

Hello, Mario,
I'm sorry to read that you're having so much trouble with your Jaguar. Our S-type section will doubtless be able to help you with your firing problem.
