Project Jeepuar
Hi, I recently picked up a Jaguar Mark VII shell to use for a 24 hours of Lemons build. It was someone's parts car so it was totally stripped and there's not enough of it left to ever consider restoring. We're planning to throw in a jeep drivetrain to power our creation hense the name.
I joined the forum to post the few usable parts we aren't going to use for sale but it's saying I don't have permission to post in the for sale section. How do I get the permissions updated? I have a couple parts I think somone can probably use. Thanks!

I'm not trying to be annoying internet trash, I just know the parts are so rare on these that someone will probably want what little I have that's usable.
Looks like I've hit the required post limit now or someone fixed it for me. Thanks!!

Hello, Matt,
24 hours of Lemons is also held at Thunder Hill, our "local" track. Nothing that cost over $500 is allowed. I wonder if all tracks have such a fun race. What a hoot!!

Welcome to the forum Matt,
Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums.
The rule is members with less than a 5 Post count AND registered on the forum for less than 10 Days are not allowed to post in the Classified sections.
It's there to stop newbies making a single post to use the forum as an alternative to ebay or Craigslist and is very effective. It doesn't really inconvenience genuine members and, as you've found, it's easy to reach the minimum posts.
Good luck with your project and enjoy the forums.
