S-Type Starter removal
Hi All!
I have haunted this forum for years but never joined. I have owned a 2001 Stype 4.0 since 2002. About 70k miles is all. Last couple years it has sat a lot, with minor issues. However, died last year and I am still trying to figure it out. I am down to the starter and can not get it out to save my life!
I have looked everywhere and seen several complaints and frustrations about accessing that top bolt, but no answers on what to do about it.
Can some one help? I have searched using every phrase I can think of, but nothing already posted? I can't be the only one who can't figure out how to get that bolt out. I just need to remove the starter so I can replace it.
I would sure appreciate any input.
Thanks in advance!!
