Default So far so good

Bought a 2003 S-Type 3.0. The condition of the car is awesome. It drives great. I am starting to get a little concerned. I have had to have the brakes worked on a couple of times. Trying to avoid the dealership, but I can't get them just-right.

I am now in the process of replacing an IMT O-ring. Also, it had good tires when I bought it, but they are showing some SERIOUS uneven wear. I have gotten a quote on tires and getting ready to replace. The tire guy told me that Jags are notorious for needing more than regular alignment.

It's still a little early in the relationship, so I am going to hold judgement on if Jag was the best choice.

Default 2003 S-Type 3.0

Hi, I have a 2003 S-Type 3.0 that I bought used a little over 2 years ago. And as my tradition, I put new tires on the car even though it didn't need them right away. I went to Wheel Works and had Bridgestone Serenity tires put on the car (balanced and alignment). Currently over 10mi with not much visible wear. You have a great car, and if you are wearing out tires, you may want to have the front end checked thoroughly by a professional. Was the car in a wreck?
