Default Thundercat XKR

Hello All,

I have owned my 00 XKR for about a year and a half. I have spent a lot of time and effort in trying to create a Jag crafted to my own individual taste. I have both driven this car deliberately slow to show its beauty and pizzazz as well as driven it 155 mph to test its growl. I will admit the car has delivered all my pre-ownership desires and has also been a great project for me and my oldest son (He was the first person to ride in it when it was purchased and when it was modified). This car was a great motivator during my "I want it" phase and a thrill to drive as an owner. I love the lines, the style and the performance and I’m happy to say I'm very proud to be a Jaguar owner.

Thank you all. I'm very happy with the progress but I'm only about 80% done. I still want to work on the interior, the sound system and my son keeps pushing for lambo doors (not too sure about those). I will be sure to post any new mods, upgrades and reapairs as they come. I would like to thank all the people that make this forum possible as my wife is tired of hearing car talk in the house all the time . If I can be of any help to anyone just ask and I will do my best.

I got tips for the audio system / navigation screen integration! I've got an old thread in the audio section if you dig far enough.

That is actually one of the plans I had for phase 3. I will dig around for them. I was sure it could be done because we did video intergration on aftermarket Alpine screens from around the same period as whats in these Jags. Thanks for the tip.
