Transmission

Hell All,
I just purchased my first jaguar vanden plas 1999. I'm currently have problems with my transmission fault. I unsure on how to locate the dip stick if there is any. Can someone help o newbie out with this???

No dipstick on that transmission.

The members in the XJ8 (X308) Tech Section will have lots of info on that transmission,

Give up the transmission dipstick search - there isn't one.

Please add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
