Hello everybody, my name is Ian! Presently living in Florida, but from Kansas. I've been searching for an X100 Jaguar XKR for a while, but I haven't been able to find the right one at the right time unfortunately. So, presently I haven't gotten into Jag ownership yet. But I am looking! My only car is a 2017 Mazda MX-5 Grand Touring, 6AT with a 93 octane ECU tune. I want to find said XKR as a second car. Unfortunately, most of them I'm seeing now are $15k+ when I have a $12k- budget... But I'll get there eventually

Update - I've changed my search
Since joining 5 days ago, when I was looking for an X100 XKR as a second car to compliment my 2017 MX-5, I've changed my search!
I have realized that, for the sake of finances, it makes more sense to replace my Miata instead of having two cars. So now I'm looking at X150 XKRs, as a direct replacement.
I still don't have any leads, unfortunately, since I have some very specific parameters that results in nothing available right now... There was one in Arizona that looked just about ideal, but the dealer's website says it's "deal pending". Oh well. My search criteria are:
1) Convertible. Can't give that up after having my Miata for over 2 1/2 years and now living in Florida.
2) Interesting color, ideally Radiance Red although I'd take the metallic green (Emerald Fire? BRG?) or Salsa Red as well. Maybe the blue, but I'd have to see it in person.
3) Ideally the tan interior with wood.
4) I can get it into my garage for not much more than the trade in value of my car to Carmax (about $23,500). Let's call the budget $24k including shipping if it needs to be shipped.
5) Absolutely no accidents / damage on the Carfax, no matter how minor.
And that's about it, but I'm having a hard time at this specific moment in time. I know it's possible though, just gotta keep searching! 😁
