Default Vancouver Island is our prowl

Hi All. Purchased my second ever Jaguar, "91 xjs drophead, in December and have been taking care of all the little bugs the PO neglected. Weather is improving here on the West coast of Canada and my cat and I are ready to prowl the highway. My first Jaguar was a "53 Mk.VII I paid $145 for in 1964.

Welcome to the forum Don,

Let's see some prowling pics!

Follow this link XJS - Jaguar Forums - Jaguar Enthusiasts Forum to the XJS section for help, advice and information. The 'HOW TO' thread at the top there is a good place to start for info on regular issues.

Remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.

You may also like to visit the Canada Region section by following this link https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/canada-mexico-south-america-41/ to find other members in your country.

Enjoy the forum.

Default Thanks Norri for the welcome

I'll definitely post prowling pics as I venture around this summer. We don't so much think of ourselves as cut off or isolated from the ROC (rest of Canada) or Washington state but more as insulated.

Thanks Graham, for the welcome. I will be posting pics here for sure. I've already prowled through this forum for the very good repair directions, as there were just a few repairs I had to take care of. The info on this forum is so very invaluable to me. Otherwise I might have torn my door panels apart trying to get at the non-working window motor. Thanks be to Jaguarforums, I didn't. I am very much a Jaguar enthusiast and I hope to be a regular visitor here soon.
