what better thing to do than joining the forum. After giving up on German cars about 15 years ago. I owned an 1994 VP, 1999VP and currently driving a 2004 xj with 150000 miles. So it was time for a replacement. I buy all my cars from ebay . So my red 2007 XK almost arrived in front of my door 2 weeks ago. But the driver of the transport got hungry and had breakfast. When he got back to the truck my car was gone. The Police found it after a couple hours but the key was gone. Now it sits at the Jaguar Dealer waiting and waiting for a key from England. I guess the waiting would be a lot worse if we had some decent weather for a convertible.

Good to have you with us at Jaguar forums. Sorry to hear about the key problem. Here in the UK, a cut key is delivered from Jaguar to the dealer next day if ordered before 2:00 in the afternoon!

Please remember to add vehicle details to your Signature to help others to give relevant advice. Go to the User CP button on the left of the top menu bar, then Settings & Options under Your Control Panel. Select Edit Signature and enter the details.
