JagMaster, It sounds like your version of Dream Car Garage.

OK, for the sports car my choice would be a Lynx XKSS with a 4.7 liter engine and a 5 speed transmission, converted to LHD. It may offend the purists but it has been done before by the Lynx factory. Family car would be an Aston Martin Rapide. I'll add in a Norton Commando 961 motorcycle.

Well in 30 years of driving, the most I have ever paid for a car was £2000 and the least was £50 for a Vauxhall Chevette that I ran for 11 months 10,000 miles and never a cough. (its final journey under its own steam was to the scrap-yard).

One day I might have a new car, but I doubt it.

Dream car? V8 Lotus Esprit Twin Turbo, once drove an early Esprit Turbo in the 80's and still remember the GRIN.

Ouch!!!

Ok then in no particular order...

An early Lamborghini Countach

A Ford/De Tomaso Pentera

An early E Type... This one looks sweet!

A Jaguar XJR

A Ford GT40 or even the late model Ford GT

A '64 Buick Riviera and a '66 too

One of every series of Datsun/Nissan Z chassis through the Z32

A BMW 8-Series

A Lancia Stratos

A '70s era Challenger or Cuda

A late '60s Camaro

A Porsche 928 and a few different generations of the 911

An early '70s Ferrari Dino also a late model Scaglietti

...I could go on... guess if I could be Jay Leno it'd be kinda cool

Well... For a few:

One of every Jaguar Xj from Series I to now (in the same color of course)
Jaguar Xk 120
Jaguar Xj220 (the two fastest cars in the world)
Aston Martin Vanquish (like Bond's)
Aston Martin DB9 Violante
Rolls Royce Corniche III
Rolls Royce Silver Raith (1950's)
Bentley Arnage
Maybach 62 or the Lanaulet (something to take the parents around in)

And I'll drive them all one after another.

This is why I need to make it big, so I can have a nice Jay Leno style garage too.

"Jaguar Xj220 (the two fastest cars in the world)"

What do you mean by that? I can name at least 20 cars faster.

He means that at the times the XK120 and XJ220 were released, they were for some period of time, the fasted production cars available. Of course, in the case of the 220, the McLaren F1 shortly superseded it.

On top gear they did XJ220 VS F40.

The jag was faster but the F40 handled better.

They liked the Ferrari better.
