I believe it's a 1919-ish ******-Overland. I was lucky with my googling and found a beaut online.

That certainly looks like it, were they ever built in Ontario?

No, they were built just down the road, in Toldeo, Ohio. That's a 3 hour drive nowadays.
edit. Actually that's a good question. I'm not sure what they built in the old Russel Car plant in they bought in Toronto, prior to the Whippet ten years later.
