Default Lyonheart K Aims to Conjure Visions of Classic Jag E-Type

  • Designed in Switzerland and built in Britain, the new Lyonheart K fashions itself as a "modern interpretation" of the classic Jaguar E-Type.
  • The first 50 cars are slated to go into production in Coventry, England, with the factory quoting a delivery time of 18 months.
  • Prices start at $655,000 — taxes are extra.

The chrome around the headlights is awkward.

And, if the chassis is not directly based on Jaguar, how well sorted could it be from a specialty vendor without a full chassis development team?

I think the chrome around the headlights only helps to balance out the chrome at the rear.
That's a good question on the chassis, though. Unfortunately with such a limited run and quite a hefty price tag I don't think that's their major concern. :-/

The only thing I dislike is the spoked wheels. I'd prefer a chrome type of wheel to go with the other crome pieces.

I love the wheels. As a matter of fact I'm looking for something similar for my X. I think they are very classy and tasteful, kind of a throwback to a time when everything was a little more tasteful.
