Bob, I don't do FB but I had a look.
As a non member, I could find no indication of what the Comp' was about.
Please explain, if you would be so kind, (I have no intention of joining FB btw).
I'm puzzled.

It's a photo competition essentially. Participants can post their Jaguar pictures in what Jaguar USA called the F-Type community page (which is like a part of Jaguar USA Facebook page). Originally Posted by Translator

The post can be done using a Facebook app - or through Instagram. I assume that there is an internal panel within Jaguar USA to select a number of finalist. These finalist pictures would then be up for a vote (not sure if it's by general public or just members who 'Likes' the Jaguar USA page).
The winner (or winners) would get the all-expense paid trip for the F-type track event. That's about as best as I can sum it up.
I joined Facebook late but so far, it's been great. I was able to re-connect with old friends (way back from elementary school), and with families as well. My situation is a bit different I guess - since lots of people that I connect with are in SE Asia and I am the only one from my family that's here in the States.
