It should be complete with all the wirings (missing on my car) and Craddle.

I do believe this is what you're looking for. Phone came out of a US Spec MY 1997 X300 XJR. I'm not sure if it will work in Switzerland.

Cradle and phone are present and were in working order when removed from the vehicle a few weeks ago.

Only downside is the wire connecting the phone to the in-car antenna was cut to remove the phone, but this should be easily replaced.
