Class II hitch for MY97 VDP

I'm looking for a Class II hitch for my MY97 Vanden Plas. (I understand there is no Class III hitch made for this model...if I'm wrong, tell me where to find one!) I will be adding a converter receiver so I can use a Swagman XC bicycle rack.

If you have one or know where I can find one, please let me know! All information/recommendations are greatly appreciated.
