2. Drivers side power window/mirror switch assembly (the one with the wood trim and buttons)

I think that's what their called. Two bars about 30" long going from the rear wheels to the midline at about a 45 degree angle toward front. Mine are pretty rotten and need replaced. I have a 2002 xk8.

Sounds like part of the IRS ASSEMBLY. It may be easier for you to replace the whole thing. We have one from a 2002 xk7 with 63k mile with no rust.

By undertray you mean the plastic part that goes from wheel to wheel under the radiator support? I've yet to see one arrive in good shape. Else please clarify, part#?

I do have several airbag wood panels available. $80
