I finally put my car up for sale on Craigslist a few days ago. If you know of anyone who's looking, tell them about my car!

I'm asking $17K in the ad, but I'll just tell you guys that I'm willing to accept $15,500 minimum. Yes, that's more than I paid, but I also put two new tires on it, I fixed the DSC error, I fixed the headrests, I installed a wind deflector, I installed some fancy high-beams, I installed a Garmin in place of the outdated factory GPS, and I've cleaned it up quite a bit. When I bought it the interior was looking pretty rough. I even took out the seats and cleaned the carpet under them. Many of you probably read my trip log, and my other posts, so you know exactly what you're getting with my car. (I was just kidding in the oil thread when I said "You're supposed to change the oil?". ) If anyone wants the original factory GPS I'll deduct $200 and keep the Garmin. I love it!

 

Oh yeah... I forgot to mention that I got new embroidered floor mats from AutoEtc. on eBay and I fixed both visor mirrors which were flopping around. I also changed the side marker lights (the ones behind the front wheel) from amber to clear and I painted the brake calipers red and they look really sweet now.

BTW, you need some interior shots too...include the new gps (at night too, to show off its screen) boot, and engine bay.

Also, did you not install the LSI pressure reducing valve? If so, plug it in the ad.

 

The wood around the gear shift is cracked in my car too, on the right side half way down the slot, in a straight line all the way across. What's with that?

I read about this area in Utah where there were lots of Ravens. I really wanted a picture of the car with a Raven, so I positioned the car just perfectly and waited. It was like a National Geographic photoshoot. I sat there for four days, hidden in the bushes, being eaten alive by ants and mosquitoes. Finally, on the fifth day a raven flew by and I got the perfect shot!

Actually it was just luck. I was about to take a picture of the car and a raven flew by right as I was snapping the pic.

 

I'm not going to the NEW new style. I just want an 05 or 06. And I want a light colored interior. Preferably a red car with an oatmeal interior (or whatever they call that color).

 

Here you go: Three Salsas and a Radiance all convertibles, all in the South East. I'd go for the third one (the Radiance in Venice, FL) - If you could swing it, buy your new one, swap out your Garmin and then sell your 03.
