I'm guessing that you couldn't get by with a 97 AJ26 right? I have up the road from ya with 134k on the odo.

No I'm pretty sure the AJ26 is a little different compared to the AJ27

Yes the S stands for supercharged engine it does not have variable valve timing like the AJ27 which would be out an XJ8 or Vanden Plas. It has to be from an XJR/Super V8 or XKR.
Is yours a supercharged motor?
