My bosses XK8 boot tore the retaining clasp broke off. It is a 199 XK8 with the tan interior and top.

 

I purchased a boot cover from ebay, and to be honest, its just as thick and solid as the OEM one the dealer included with my car...it was the wrong color, that's why I replaced it.
