Default WTB: XJ6 Series III wheels

... now, how the heck do I attach a pic of what I'm talking about.

Well, you guys should know... the aluminum mags with slotts around the outside and five flat-blackened areas.

Someone in the Southeastern Michigan area. I need a decent set of 4 wheels, no tires needed. I plan to buy new ones.

Is it Okay to post wanted ads?

I think you're talking about the "Kent" wheels, as pictured.

Contact David at :

He should be able to fix up up.

I've seen lots of Kents on ebay also, for pretty reasonable prices. Usally one or two at a time. You'd have to make sure you look at plenty of pictures to make sure their in really good shape. I'm with Doug though, check with David Boger, bought quite a few items from him, very fair prices, and always good items.

Thanks Doug,

Yep, those are the ones I need. I have one for a spare that I like. The true-spokes look great, but when one goes bad, It's pretty scarey and if the spoke leaks air, how do you tighten the rest and reseal the wheel?

I wrote Doug back directly and if it's not too far into Ohio, I'd blast down to get 'em.
I love driving my XJ6. I highly recommend it at highway speeds.
