Default Which other Jaguar models have wheels interchangeable w/ STR?

I used to be a moderator on a Mercedes forum, and I was in charge of the wheels/suspension section of the forum. I knew which wheels were interchangeable from any Mercedes to another model, dowen to the bolt size (something a lot of people forget to consider, and wrong bolt size can cause vibration).

At any rate, do we know for certain which other Jaguar models have wheels that will fit the STR? I have given up hope for after market wheels, and I do not plan on spending $4k on some custom forged aluminum wheels, so I will do the next nest thing and look in the Jag family for something staggered and 19" or 20" (prefer 19s).

For example, will the wheels from an XF or XFR fit? How about an XK or XKR (and if so, the 96-06 model? The 06-present model? Or both?)

When I say interchangeble, I mean which ones are perfectly interchangeable? Like offset within tolerance (nothing popping out past fenders), width within tolerance, bolt pattern, centerbore, and bolt size. Thank you guys in advance.

I suspect none will fit but at least the XFs are apparently offset 60 which would need a negative (i.e. impossible) spacer.

The XF wheels fit the S Type. Look pretty nice on this one....

This may have solved a mystery for me. I've never been able to identify the wheels on my car as being from the S-Type lineup. Someone had suggested to me that they might be from an XK, but they look much more like the XF wheels that Jeff posted above. So could I infer that all XF wheels would be available for us to use at will?

I bought second hand 20 spoke 18" wheels that were from an XK? so I could mount all season tires for the winter.
The tires are Continental 245/40/18 and the inside of the rims are stamped
8.0JX18x60.0 They fit and work fine on the 03 STR even though the rears are not as wide as the OEM, rides like silk.

The 9.5" rears of the 4.2l engine XKR were 26mm, for the 5.0l they swapped hubs that's on the XFR and have a 46mm offset...A good question is will the 46mm XFR/XKR 9.5" rim fit the S-Type? If so, there could be a slew of cheap wheels coming out either in the aftermarket and replica/copies

If you don't care about the staggered setup, XKR 4 FRONT wheels will fit the STR...

Also, there's an uk seller on ebay that sells OEM STR (not copies) 19" Barcelona staggered for under $1600 shipped to the states...While still somewhat pricey they're made by BBS and are fairly strong and lightweight...

I stopped by Billet Design yesterday in Pompano after being told the owner himself drives an STR (they modify some pretty impressive $$$$ cars). They are doing my exhaust work and H&R aprings on Tuesday. Anyway, the owner's STR has the wheels from a 2010 XK, he says they work fine no problems. Looked pretty sharp.

Yup, 2010 was the year the XK switched engines & rear ends...
