Default '04 S - wouldn't start??

I have an 04 S 3.0w/53K mi. It is a CPO w/SE.
I've owned it for 2 1/2 mos with no mech. issues...until this a.m.!
When starting car this a.m., it fired up, but for only 3-4 seconds, and, it was like it was only hitting on half the cylinders! Very rough. Tried to re-start, but it just turned over and sounded a little rough??
Called my Serv. Rep. at the local dealer and he suspected coils or a hose of some sort that may have a hole in it???
Well, while talking to the recording at 800-4-Jaguar to have it towed, I was asked .."how many miles on the car?"
So, I turned the ignition to read the mileage and decided to try starting again. Whatta' ya know...it fired right up; no problems, not running rough at all??? Turned it off and restarted 5 times with no problem.

I was low on fuel...but not quite on the "E". Could this have anything to do with it??

Sounds more like a bad ground or something. Like Genius said - CEL?

I hope they find it. Also - if out of warranty and Select is being used, be wary of diagnostic time that they may charge. Don't throw good money away having them chase a ghost.
