Hi, I had to disconnect the sunroof in my 05 jaguar s-type to repair some broken plastic parts in the track. However, when I reinstalled it the sunroof doesn't automatically pop up back to its normal closed position and I have to play with the button to adjust it to close right.

The instructions I got with the repair kit mentioned the sunroof motor may need to be reprogrammed. Does anybody have any information or instructions on how to reprogram the electric sunroof?
