I'm pretty new to these kind of forums, however, I'd like to ask a question(if it's oke ).
Is it possible to put an engine from a 1999 s-type in a 2003?

They both have automatic transmission.

If yes, how much work or modification would this require? Any ideas?

Plenty of threads on swapping different engine, in short too much work.

 

You'd want to start with identical engine sizes and years, I reckon.
