Default #2 bank 2 O2 sensor replacement

My 2003 S-type Jaguar has thrown a code, and it is the #2 O2 sensor, bank 2. Bought the online chilton manual to help with the specs for replacing, but it doesn't have any thing that is helpful. Any body know the correct location of this sensor and how easy it is to replace? Have found several things online, but do not trust these sights.

Driver's side O2 sensor - location - between cat converter and resonator pipe. Very easy to access, remove and install - also, a BIG +1 to Police666 - grab jtis and jepc and look up this information...
