Default 2000 s type 4.0 throttle body tps or pedal problem driving me nuts :)

I have a 2000 stype I picked up about 6 months ago , i drove it from nj to fl and on the way back to nj the car started acting up , in nc it began.
Fail safe engine more went into limp mode continuously as we tried to drive closer to our Aaa towing range allowed . We got to pa and had it towed home .
I did slight research and read that it could be possible tps problems so I cleabed the tb and cleared the codes and it drove fine for a while till it did again .:

Now what I have noticed is in cruise control set at a speed the car drives flawlessly , as soon as I need to use the pedal it begins limp mode immediately .
I pulled and reconnected the plugs on the pedal tps and iac I beleive (big unit on front side of tb) after reconnecting them it drove ok till now but it's only been a few miles.
I know th problem will return and I'd like to fix it because I love it the car and don't want to sell but it's beocming frustrating especially driving with my children .
The codes I'm getting are p1576,p1573,p0065...
Can someone please help me or get me in the right direction ...
I
Have done many searches on the forum but haven't found any direct threads maybe I'm
Not searching correctly
..does anybody beleive it pedal related or strictly tps...

With so many and separate items flagged I'd be looking at:
1. battery - is it slightly less than 100% as they often cause weird faults and RP
2. water getting in, perhaps to the PCM
3. any wiring they may share

JTIS is free download and has codes & elec. guides to assist.

Sorry forgot to mention I thought battery might've been related so I put in a brand new one last week.
Also where is the pcm on this car located and where is the rear electronic module located as well..
I need to check if moisture is getting to any of them .
I have called the dealer and asked about
A new tps sensor witch will cost me $289 through jag
A new pedal assembly witch will cost me $234 through jag
And about an hour of labor to program the components witch they told me must be done $130

Ps I don't think it would be the pedal and tps I thought it might be one or the other any input it accepted
Also did not mention I hooked it up to a snap on solus computer and for some reason could not pull up jaguar as an option I had to do a generic obd2 scan on a cheaper scanner
