Trying to find the most direct simple and efficient instructions to troubleshoot the AC/heater problem , that needs to start cooling the air in the summer and heating it in winter . It can make it warm , alright

So I got a new DCCV from ebay , tested it and it also lets the hot coolant thru , while the switch has the current ... so I’m working on getting another one
And I’ve also noticed that the cooling fan ain’t turning
(vent locked in place) .
Maybe it has something to do with it spinning like crazy awhile ago with some antifreeze issues
Any suggestions on troubleshooting the fuses and relays , switches and sensors ?
And I really appreciate the constructive influence of this group ⭐️
