2002 S Type 3.0 no fuel pressure
The history on this car is that it wouldn't pass inspection and was told it was O2 sensors. My soon to be ex wife had the car at that time. It was pulled into my garage in May 2011. I have the car now and went to start it up and it won't start. It was all but out of gas when I pulled it into the garage. I've added 3 or 4 gallons of fresh gas and some of that fuel system cleaner (Lucas brand I believe).
Still won't start. Tried starter fluid into the TB and it will run for a moment. Turning the key on, I hear no fuel pump humm. I've checked the fuse in the trunk and it's good and shows voltage there.
I've checked the connector on top of the fuel pump under back seat. I get voltage at the 1 and 4 pins with or without key being on. Key does not change any other of the pins getting power (using the number 4 which is the ground. I may have numbers wrong so the 2:00 position is 1, the 10:00 position 2, the 4:00 position 3, and the 8:00 position being number 4.
I'm not sure which relay in the trunk is the fuel pump relay as the manual doesn't label the relays but I've rotated them all around with no change.
I've checked the inertia switch as well and it is fully depressed.
Any idea's?

Now I've located which relays are the fuel pump and there is a diode too. I didn't check relay but swapped it out. I did check the diode and it has power.
I could remove fuel pump I guess and check it with a 12 volt power. There are 2 lines on the top, a white and red I'm not sure how to remove.

Roy - hate to say it but it sounds like the fuel pump is DOA. For some reason this happens when the car sits for a while or worse yet - running the car with less than 1/2 tank of gas often & running on or close to empty.
Very easy to remove/replace.
