2003 Jaguar restricted performance
The worst thing about ethanol, not to get too far off subject, is that I've heard that many of the cut-rate stations use more than 10% ethanol to maximize profits (never mind that ethanol is subsidized already).
On a more direct note, what engine do you have in your 2003?

It is the 3 liter. I also saw an article that stated the state (Florida) is looking into allowing blends of up to 15% ethenol. Fantastic idea (sarcasm), lets just keep providing tax stimulants to farmers and wear out more and more cars. That way people will have to replace them which will get more old cars of the road, increase production of factory work and put more people who can ill afford it into higher debt. You have to love the miopic vision of politicians.
I had weird problems with my 01 3.0 for a couple of years until I was able to locate my problem. Long story short, the main wire loom passing behind the fuel rail guard had chaffed. This caused all sorts of intermittent problems with coils and included some absurd codes. I'm not sure how the 03 is laid out, but I'd urge you to take a look.
