Angry restricted performance

Good day everyone
I have a
2003 jaguar S type with 83,000
Getting restricted performance on the screen the digital dash says “waiting” it will not allow me to put in the code or anything.
The brakes are locked
History: the car has been setting for 3 months and not started. I took the battery out and charged it, replaced it back in the Jaguar and it started up with no problems. However on the screen it says ”waiting” and this was only after I placed the wrong code in the first time.

Sorry what code are you trying to put in where? I'm betting your battery is toast. Letting it run down and recharging it is a big clue.

What is the code used for? Radio? Nothing to do with the other issues.

Your car should not want a code. Try to figure out what is fitted that would not normally be!

If the brakes are locked then unless there's some weird (non-jag) device fitted it is due to the sitting and they've seized up.
