Couldn't find this on the forums so here goes...Working through a starter does not crank procedure in the 1999-2003_S-Type_FSM, Section 303-06, Page 2896 , A: The Engine Does Not Crank, and wanted to know if someone can explain A6 : Check the Permanent Live Voltage to Starter Relay. I said NO to the question, so the procedure says to REPAIR starter relay permanent live supply circuit. HOW do I do that, is there a diagram or anything that says how? Thanks for all the past help...
