03s had the staggered wheels, but I am not sure when they went from 18s to 19s

Would be the advantage of blocking the coolant line?

It bypasses the coolant line that runs under the supercharger, effectively eliminating the need for a costly repair but it appears to have some very notable drawbacks.

Ditto. If bypassed, cold weather may impair safe operation of the throttle body. OP, bypass under s/c coolant line to TB during warm weather, then let's see if anything happens? Again, Mafioso (Texas) claimed more power with loss of a few mpg. Anyone in touch with Mafioso...pleae tell him to return my front CATS struts.
