Default 2003 S-Type Sensor Woes

About 6 months ago the LH Bank2 knock sensor broke on the car. Replaced it and it went fine for another couple months before mice chewed the wires to the MAP Sensor. I fixed that and it went fine again for another couple months. Then the mice chewed the lower intake tuning valve wires.

Finally got that fixed up tonight, and took her for a spin. Drove at least 5 miles doing every driving style I could think of. Came home, put it in park and as I was about to say job well done the Restricted Performance light appeared (CEL was absent). Hooked the OBD reader up and got codes P0333 and P1108. You guessed it, LH Knock sensor and MAP Sensor codes.

It seems like no coincidence that these fail exactly the same time I fix another part. The car had been driven not 3 hours before and I pulled codes before I fixed the intake tuning valve today. No KS or MAP codes. What is my next step?

I am about lost. Thanks.

I think I have the mouse issue fixed.

There are no evident new chews on the MAP sensor wires going all the way to the ECM.

And what was your solution? As one who found a dead pack rat under my bonnet I am curious.
