Default 2005 Nav radio removal Procedure?

I am planning on installing Sirius Stiletto in to my 05 ST that has Nav.
Anyone have the radio removal procedure? I don't want to pry & break stuff. Any tips?

Here is a pdf document from Metra on installing their kit. It may give you the info you need to remove your head unit. I have yet to actually pull any ofmy dash apart so I don't know how accurate it is. I plan on using the Metra kit when I get around to upgrading my stereo to a double din nav unit.

The Metra instructions provided by JOsworth are accurate with a couple of extra steps to make the job easier. The diagrams show the J-gate in park and it is not possible to do this in park, select neutral and set parking brake. The switch panel mounted below the radio/climate control head/nav unit interferes with the removal procedure, remove the 2 torx screws holding the switch panel and remove it before removing the main center stack.
