i think you posted in the wrong forum , but truthfully most wiper blades are the same .
im guessing you mean the ones with the stainless steel strip retainers . as they are the most difficult to remove however still easy .
bend the tip of the rubber blade to one side and pull the strips out length ways with pliers .
