Default 2006 s-type 3.0l compression adapter???

Good morning, new to the site. was hoping someone could shine some light in my direction. I have a 2006 stype 3.0l. Trying to do a leak down test of a cylinder, I can find an adapter that fits the spark plug hole properly. I have tried a snap on compression tester 14mm, the 14mm adapter that comes with matco leak down tester. none of these thread in the hole.

the threads in the head are ok, plugs thread no problem and look at threads with camera.

please advise on what you guys are using. Thanks and appreciate any time you can spare.

Default Thanks for replies

Joesoap- I pulled up your attached link, it states that thing is for a 12mm thread type. I was under the impression it's 14mm, this can be my problem. can you confirm if it's 12mm or 14mm?

appreciate everyone attention so far. very welcoming to site.
