Default 2007 Type S Rear Calilber brake piston reset

I tried to be frugal and do the brakes myself. The front brakes were no problem. However the rear brakes need a special tool, I used needle nose plyers. On one side I kept turning in clockwise with no change. I finally when counter clockwise backing out the piston. I started turning clockwise again and the piston went in fast and easy. Yesssssssssssssss
I thought the otherside (drivers) was going to be easy. Again no progress clockwise, so I tried counter clockwise and the piston quickly become unseated also. This time I have tried for 1.5 hrs taking a couple of time outs but the piston quickly binds up and will not turn. I have tried to finness it to start without luck. I bent two needle nose plyers and am on my last pair. I wish I has an explode view of the caliber and piston. HELP! any suggestions

I used this tool to reset the rear brake.

http://www.autozone.com/autozone/cat...&brandName=OEM

It was easy but I didn't brake any tools or hands doing it.
Good luck!

Go get yourself a ford brake caliper retraction tool - like $10 at any auto parts store, it's basically a socket with 2 pins in it. And it will push it back in seconds.

Thanks all. But I took a look inside and ripped the boot when trying to reinstall the piston. Can you get caliper rebuilding kits or do you have to buy a new one?

Thanks, I ordered a new caliber from http://www.gaudinjaguarparts.com located in Las Vegas. They were about 30%-40% cheaper than my local dealers in Florida which wanted $499-545 plus tax. Gaudin was 345 plus $43 shipping NO tax. Expensive but the best deal on could find for new Jag Parts.
