Replacing the rear tires and I remember someone on here saying that they had put 295's on their rear stock rims for an STR. Talking with the dealer techs they say it cant happen (they also spent about a whole second or two thinking about this), Does anyone know if this is possible? Also I believe a few people have 285's on the rear as well, how is that working compared to the regular 275's?

 

Would like to see some pics of the STR with 285s or 295s.

Had some 10x20s on a Pajero Evo i once had and that had 305s on it so do not think its beyond the realms of possibility.

I had 305 / 50 / R20s on my 'lade as well but SUVs tell you a different story
295 ? Why bother such a mod ? lol

 

I put 295's on mine. They look good, they have a little more sidewall though. I'll post a pic up later.
