Theory is all I got for you on this, injectors leaking down under pressure or the opposite, no residual pressure and the rail is vapor locking. That would take less thena couple of minutes to clear though. Try running it with a fuel pressure gauge on and see what it reads after hot soak time, perhaps getan indicator if the fuel is either going back to the tank or dripping into the affected cylinders. No model specific info about faults to add from me, sorry.
