You were right all this time. Replace tensioner and the problem is now gone . You should go gambling lol. I guess this engine is very sensitive..... I've never seen this before. Belt looked good and tentioner had good tension, but I guess not enough. I would have never guessed that the belt and tensioner would cause this problem. The tension felt strong and belt looked good. I did notice some motor oil on the old tensioner. Car air conditioner has been running good and no noise coming from the compressor. Thank you and everyone for helping me out. I went ahead and replaced the engine air filter and cabin filter.
